COMPREHENSIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP SYSTEM INSTALLATION
We provide comprehensive installation of SAP systems, review and optimization of operation of already existing systems.
Our system configuration technology is based on the installation methodology recommended by SAP.
We assign high importance to the design of the system to be implemented. Our consulting activity is started with situation assessment and learning customer demands. By interviews and workshops, we explain our customers our proposals regarding the satisfaction of our clients' needs. Subsequently, we record the solution methods selected by the client in the form of a concept plan or system plan.
The project implementation stage is based on the plan documentation previously accepted. We perform adjustment and parameterization of the SAP system and perform detailed specification and implementation of unique developments required by the client. The adjusted system and uniquely developed programs are subjected to testing by our consultants. The results of these tests are documented according to our internal quality assurance procedures.
We use this implemented (prototype) system to carry out our training sessions regarding system use and operation for the key users of the client for whom we also give assistance in the next phase of the project in performing detailed, user-side system testing.
The plan documentation of the SAP system includes the structure of core and opening data to be loaded into the system, as well. On the basis of this detailed description, the client's designated data hosts begin the collection and ordering of core and opening data and their recording in files with predetermined formats. Data in the fine-tuned system are loaded by manual means and by a program as specified in the plan documentation. We also offer consulting support to users for loading data to the system.
According to clients' needs, we cooperate in the configuration of the privilege system: we plan, adjust and test the privilege system, support its user's testing and deliver it along documentation to co-workers performing operation.
We prepare the adjustment and development documentation of the system. These documents serve as a basis for performing system operation tasks, as well as later upgrades and version changes.
We start preparation for conversion in the course of system design. The conversion plan has a detailed specification of all tasks related to conversion to the new system, as well as their sequence, the proper persons in charge and the respective deadlines. By the help of the conversion plan, the SAP system can be started up in a carefully considered, organized and smooth manner.
A condition for safe system start-up is that users should be aware of their responsibilities. This will be achieved on one hand by preparing and describing administration commands and on the other hand by training end users regarding the SAP system and deepening their knowledge prior to start up.
Following the start of live operation of the SAP system, at a pre-determined time and date, we provide support to the users of our clients to answer their questions regarding system operation and manage their possible, initial problems.
Following project conclusion, we will gladly provide operation support activities, as well.
